Öffnungszeiten Open Gym

Unser Opengym verfügt über professionelles Equipment und 300 m2 Trainingsfläche. Ob Langhanteltraining, Strongmantraining, allgemeines funktionelles Training, Mobility oder Movement - in unserem Open Gym kannst du individuell und selbständig trainieren und alle Tools stehen dir zur Verfügung. Zudem sind wir ein offiziell lizenzierter Club von Swiss Powerlifting.

 

Auf Wunsch erstellen wir dir deinen persönlichen Trainingsplan.

Montag - Freitag 05.00 - 23.00 Uhr

Samstag / Sonntag 06.00 - 20.00 Uhr
